I earned my Ph.D. (2023) with distinction from the Institute of Information Management, University of the Punjab. Prior to that, I obtained my MPhil degree in 2015 from the same institute and was awarded a gold medal. With over a decade of professional experience in providing library and information services in academic sector libraries of Lahore – Punjab, I view myself as a dedicated and adaptable individual. I excel in the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various teams, professional groups, external and internal stakeholders. I have authored numerous research articles published in reputed and impact factor journals.
