The Department of Media and Communication Studies arranged a workshop on Digital Media Marketing with the collaboration of the Media Club.
Mrs. Pawan Masaud Amna Incharge, Department of Media and Communication Studies briefed about the objectives of the workshop.
The moderator of the workshop Ms. Nadia Saad Rana, the Co-founder, CEO, and Creative Director at TypeSpace Studio, provided valuable insights into digital marketing, describing it as a strategic approach to promoting products, services, or brands through online channels and technologies.
She emphasized its diverse techniques aimed at connecting with target audiences, driving engagement, and achieving marketing goals.
She also discussed key components such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), content marketing, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising,
and analytics.
She highlighted the dynamic nature of digital marketing, which continually evolves to keep pace with technological advancements and changing consumer behaviors.
The event concluded successfully with a group photo capturing the camaraderie among the participants, faculty members, and esteemed guest speakers.
During the ceremony, the Registrar of the University, Mr. Shujaat Muneef Qureshi, along with the Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Iram Rubab, and Ms. Kainat Khalid was also present.
