Suffah Naeem Lecturer
Objective:
Being a positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional, I want to work and utilize my interpersonal and organizational skills toward the development and growth of art and institutions.
Qualification:
- MPhil in Fine Arts (Studio practice).
- Along with that I am a PhD Scholar in Fine Arts (studio practice) for the academic session 2017-22. I have completed PhD coursework comprising two semesters of six months each by securing a 3.73/4.00 CGPA and have also passed the comprehensive exam of PhD by securing a 3.30 CGPA and have submitted my Ph.D. thesis ‘Relation between Creative Process of Artists and Symbolic Value of Their Artworks in Pakistan’ in April 2024 and waiting for PhD Defense.
Work Experience:
Serving as Lecturer (BPS-18) Fine Art at University of Home Economics, Lahore 2022- till date.
Served as Lecturer (visiting faculty) at College of Art and Design, University of the Punjab, College of Art and Design since 2020-2022, assisting in the course work of MPhil (studio practice), guiding MFA and Bachelor painting students in their mini thesis and course work (theoretical subjects: Western art, Modern art, Pakistani art) as well.
Served as Lecturer (visiting faculty) at COMSATS University Lahore in 2022 and taught Western/Modern Art history to design students.
Served as Lecturer (visiting faculty) at the University of Education, Lahore 2019-2022.
