Zarnish Hussain has done her Masters and M.Phil in Sociology from the University of the Punjab in 2016. Since then, she has worked as Senior Content Developer, Media and Marketing Manager and Lecturer of Medical Sociology and Sociology of Law at various prestigious institutions such as CMH Lahore Medical College and Leads Law College. She is a prose and essay writer as well and has won English Essay Writing Competitions at district and divisional levels.

Her research interests include social change, medical sociology, sociology of religion and sexual and reproductive rights and justice. She believes that education can be used as a strong medium to transform lives and enlighten young minds. She is currently working as a Lecturer of Sociology and Gender Studies at the University of Home Economics, Lahore. She has 5 publications on her credit and has presented her research in various international conferences.
