The students of Department of Psychology, visited Fountain House Facility in Farooqabad. The facility houses people suffering from variety of mental health issues. Ms. Iram Mehboob, Ms. Farah Shareef and Ms. Nawal along with students were warmly welcomed by the Psychologists Anum Anjum and Sher Bano and all the members (patients). The Psychologists at the facility introduced the staff and members of the fountain house to the students. The students along with their teachers interacted with all the staff and members. The students also toured the whole facility and gained valuable insights about the facility. The members showcased their talents in arts and crafts, paintings and singing for the students.

The visit was very fruitful as students gained first-hand learning experience which allowed them to apply their theoretical knowledge to real world situations. The students also gained exposure to a wide range of cases and treatment approaches, enhancing their understanding. Overall, the educational field trip provided a comprehensive learning experience that connects theory and practice, preparing students for future field work.
